Dark Light is the fifth studio album by Finnish band, HIM. This album was released on 26 September 2005 internationally and on 27 September 2005 in the USA with a limited edition pre-release of 20,000 some days before.

Vampire Heart was the first we heard wasn't it?

Personally, I think Dark light is a great "commercial" over view of HIM... Great album... Much more main stream than the "Venus Doom" stuff which is also very good, but in a darker less commercial way. In the end, it's all good.

I don't really consider HIM commercial at all

They are not commercial... Just my way of saying Dark Light is a little more mainstream than the Venus Doom type stuff... But yeah, they are like Rush... Their stuff sells, without them selling out to do it...

A lot of people thank they sold out during Scream Works, but I'm not so sure about that
